Welcome to Hugg Sleep, a brand operated by RESTORA MATTRESSES TRADING L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms govern your use of our website, online store, and any products or services purchased from RESTORA MATTRESSES TRADING L.L.C in the UAE.

Risk and title pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
- All product dispatch from warehouse Ajman UAE.
- We aim to meet all estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs or severe weather).
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Mattress trial period: 3 days after delivery.

Returns and exchanges are available in accordance with the policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
