Biocrystal® is developed by BC Tech in Croatia, HUGG integrates Biocrystal® materials into its products in the UAE.

Over many years of research and development, a team of European scientists led by Dr. Vesna Pavletić explored how different natural minerals could be combined and used in everyday products. They focused on 16 carefully selected crystals and how they might contribute to a sense of balance and comfort when used in textiles and foams.

This work led to Biocrystal® Technology – a patented process that finely grinds and blends these crystals into a specific formulation, then integrates them into sleep surfaces through a specialized method. BC Tech continues to study how people experience comfort and relaxation with Biocrystal® materials in real‑world settings.

How Biocrystal® Works — Simple, Natural, Measurable

Biocrystal® is not a gadget or a medical device. It’s a passive material technology: tiny crystal granules and powders that, when integrated into fabrics, foams, or mattress layers, become part of the overall construction of the product.
