Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas & Fulfillment Center
Coverage: We deliver to all emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
Fulfillment: All orders are dispatched directly from our physical warehouse in Ajman, UAE. We do not engage in dropshipping.
2. Shipping Fees
There is free shipping for all Items in UAE.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GST - Gulf Standard Time, Monday to Friday).
• Handling Time: 0–1 business days for order preparation and quality check. Transit Time:
• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ & Fujairah:
• 0–1 business days
• Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.

4. Delivery Methods by Product Category

• Mattresses & Bed Frames: These are delivered via our specialized HUGG Sleep white-glove delivery fleet. Our team will contact you to schedule a precise delivery window.
• Pillows & Bedding: These are delivered via trusted UAE courier partners (e.g., Aramex/PostaPlus).

5. Scheduling & Failed Delivery

• Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team will contact you via phone or SMS for scheduling.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of AED 250 may apply for large items.

6. Taxes & Duties

• All prices displayed are inclusive of 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Law. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
