At RESTORA MATTRESSES TRADING L.L.C (Hugg Sleep), we are committed to providing high-quality mattresses and bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains your options.
1. Returns Eligibility
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for mattresses and standard products, unless otherwise specified.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging.
Hygiene Standards: Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses and pillows that have been unsealed or removed from their plastic wrapping cannot be returned.
Exclusions: Products that are customized, personalized, or on clearance are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Tax Invoice or order confirmation.

2. Return Process

Initiate Request: Contact us at sales@huggsleep.com or call +971 52 521 3426 with your Order Number and reason for return.
Review: Our team will review your request and provide specific instructions. Do not ship the product back before receiving official instructions.
Collection/Inspection: For large items (mattresses/frames), we will coordinate the inspection and collection from your premises.
3. Refunds
Approval: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product at our Ajman warehouse.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
Non-refundable Fees: Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
4. Exchanges & Damaged Items
Damaged/Defective: Report any damage, defects, or missing items within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or videos as proof.
Resolution: We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
