Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:
HUGG Sleep provides a 10-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Extent of Coverage:

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

    • Visible indentations or sagging greater than 3cm not caused by an improper bed base.

    • Structural flaws that cause the foam or spring material to split or crack under normal usage.

    • Manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly or fabric of the mattress cover.

3. Obligations of the Consumer:

  • To maintain the validity of this warranty, consumers must:

    • Use the mattress on a firm, flat, and supportive foundation/frame.

    • Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 3 months to ensure even wear.

    • Retain the original Tax Invoice/Receipt as the sole proof of purchase.

4. Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal softening of foam or changes in personal comfort preference over time.

    • Damage caused by misuse, such as stains, burns, liquids, or unsanitary conditions.

    • Damage resulting from the use of an unsupportive or broken bed frame.

    • Incidental or consequential damages.

5. Repair, Replacement, or Refund:

  • HUGG guarantees the product is free from manufacturing defects. If a defect is verified within the warranty period, we commit to:

    1. Repairing the defective part.

    2. Providing necessary spare parts.

    3. Replacing the mattress with a comparable model if repair is not feasible.

    4. Refund the amount if repair or replacement is not possible (subject to depreciation based on usage time).

6. After-Sales Service & Maintenance:
