• • Free Pickup within UAE city limits – no extra delivery or collection charges.

• • Fast Processing – Returns and exchanges are completed within 7 working days.

• • One-Time Exchange – Each mattress is eligible for one exchange during the 30-night trial period.

• • Returns Outside UAE are not accepted at this time.

Return Eligibility

• • The mattress must be in like-new condition (no stains, damage, or misuse).

• • The product must be a standard size and from eligible Hugg Sleep models.

• • Custom sizes, clearance items, and accessories (pillows, toppers, bed bases) are non-returnable.

Special Notes

• • A restocking fee of AED 200 may apply if the product shows signs of use or packaging damage.

• • A pickup fee of AED 250 applies if collection is from outside Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman zones.

• • Financed Orders (Tabby or others): Interest or processing charges are non-refundable.
